      <description>One of these days I'm goning to either have to knuckle under and  purchase the full 10 cases to be eligible for freight rate, or try to convince some local vendor to carry Blenheim's locally.&#xD;
So here's what happened, I ordered 5 cases last week, 4 for me, and one shipped to The Bayou, they got theirs OK, but one of my boxes was caved in and when I opened it, there were 5 broken bottles inside, this sucks! Do you think calling UPS would do any good?&#xD;
